Cancellations: We can often accommodate a cancellation request if the item has not gone into production yet and/or we have not yet generated a postage label. Contact us as soon as you know you need to cancel so we can see if it’s possible!
Returns and exchanges: We cannot offer exchanges on print-on-demand mugs because they are created specifically for you when you hit that "submit order" button. So please double check product details and size guides before ordering!
