Greeting cards are packaged in a cello sleeve to protect them from the elements.

Orders of single cards or a small quantity of cards are shipped in a flat, rigid mailer. Depending on other items in the order, larger quantities of cards will ship in a box or poly mailer with rigid inserts to protect the contents.

Processing times: Cards that ship from our Nashville studio typically get out the door within 3 to 5 business days, and often earlier.

Cancellations: We can often accommodate a cancellation request if we have not yet generated a postage label. Contact us as soon as you know you need to cancel so we can see if it’s possible!

Returns and exchanges: We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged when you receive it. However, because life is devoid of meaning and we know how important it is to be happy with consumer purchases, we do want you to reach out if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, so we can see how to make it right!
