Typically, individual cards are packaged in a cello sleeve for protection against moisture and wickedness as they traverse the country.

Orders for large quantities of cards may contain several cards per cello sleeve so that we aren't needlessly giving the finger to Mother Earth.

Cards are usually shipped in recyclable, rigid Kraft mailers, unless packaged with other items necessitating different packaging. However they are packaged, we will do our very best to ensure they make it to you safely!

Processing times: Most items typically ship within 5 to 7 business days, and often earlier. Certain items that are printed on demand may take longer to produce (depending on seasonal wait times) and may arrive separately from other items in your order. 

Cancellations: We can often accommodate a cancellation request if the item has not gone into production yet and/or we have not yet generated a postage label. Contact us as soon as you know you need to cancel so we can see if it’s possible!

Returns and exchanges: We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged when you receive it. However, because life is devoid of meaning and we know how important it is to be happy with consumer purchases, we do want you to reach out if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, so we can see how to make it right!
