Standard die-cut stickers are shipped in an A2 envelope. Larger stickers or higher quantities of smaller stickers are shipped in rigid media mailers.

Processing times: Accessories that ship from our Nashville studio typically ship within 3 to 5 business days, and often earlier.

Cancellations: We can often accommodate a cancellation request if we have not yet generated a postage label. Contact us as soon as you know you need to cancel so we can see if it’s possible!

Returns and exchanges: We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged when you receive it. However, because life is devoid of meaning and we know how important it is to be happy with consumer purchases, we do want you to reach out if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, so we can see how to make it right!
