Processing times: Most items ship within 5 to 7 business days, and often earlier. Certain items that are printed on demand may take longer to produce (depending on seasonal wait times) and may arrive separately from other items in your order. 

Cancellations: We can often accommodate a cancellation request if the item has not gone into production yet and/or we have not yet generated a postage label. Contact us as soon as you know you need to cancel so we can see if it’s possible!

Returns and exchanges: We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item is damaged when you receive it. However, because life is devoid of meaning and we know how important it is to be happy with consumer purchases, we do want you to reach out if you are unhappy with your order for any reason, so we can see how to make it right!
